Today is Emily MengYan's 4th Birthday! Happy Birthday Sweetie! We are disappointed, because we thought we would surely have her home by her birthday, but we know Leah and the staff at the PHF will make sure she has a special day. Hopefully we will soon have some new pics to post, of Meng opening her gifts we sent! Thanks for checking in, and please help us pray that Emily MengYan has a great 4th Bday, and that we get that LOA soon!
